ok i have search all over the net to find a tutorial on how to make this certain layouts can someone please help!!

I think blends are what you want. Just google for tutorials on blending in the graphics program you use.

Textures, brushes and layers are used too

I only vaguley understand what your trying to do, but if you want to accomplish anything like that you're gonna need some ```` good photo's aswell
