I'm trying to insert a blog w/a scrollbar into an image for Horseland layouts. How do you do that? I think I heard it was called "slicing" and there's some type of tool somewhere on PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro that does it. I have both programs (PhotoShop Elements and PSP 9), so if anyone knows what I'm talking about, I can use either program. =]

I don't think you'd need to slice anything for that. You might want to try iframes if you want a scrollbar.
