Ok. I recently just got my own domain and got paid hosting for my site. This is like a whole new world for me. In the past few years I have slowly moved from geocities pagebuilder into a land where I can build my own stuff. So when I got onto this new site I didn't realize that information needed to be in 'public_html' folder. I couldn't figure out why my site jsut wasn't THERE. I eventually realized my mistake.
This info is relevant because now while I build my site offline, I would like to have my blog as my index page with a template that I already have set up.

On my old free host this 'index' page blog basically was my site. But now on my new site when I post my blog it doesn't update itself. Blogger says everything is right and the post was successful but it just gets lost somewhere between there and the site.

I got ONE test post to work. But I don't know how and since then nothing has worked.

Has anyone ever experianced this problem or know what I might be doing wrong to cause this?

Is it having something to do with that public_html file? Where should a simple index page blog be directed?

HELP!

Shannon

Sorry if this makes no sense I tried to make it as clear as I could but I am so confused.

Okay. I have had this problem before and this is what I did.

Go back to blogger and set the path. For example, mine is silentwhisper.com. Yours might be whatever.domain or something else. Try that. Or you could just delete your blog and start a new one.
