is there a place where i can get a table codes?, my site is currently in frames but the adds are getting very anoying so i need to switch to tables.

for table generators. Only you have to fill in the info, and the generator makes the code. You have got loads of generators, like pop-up generators, frame generators etc etc. Just do a search for them on www.google.com if you are really stuck :)
