Could someone bascially give me a tutorial on how to use PHP? When I read tutorials they make no sense what-so-ever. I need someone to help me with the stuff and take me one step at a time, and if I have any questions, I can have them answered. I need to make sure I'm doing it right every step of just winging it and having no clue what I'm doing.
If someone could please help me I'd be extremely grateful!
Either send me a PM and you can help me through that, or add me to your messenger, I've got YIM, MSN, Skype, AIM, and we can even use my forum. But you're gonna need to ask me for Skype and AIM cause I don't use those very often, and if you do add me to either of those, please PM me letting me know which one we'll be using.

I'd greatly apperciate any help ^_^

which tutorials have you tried?
it would be easier to know what part you get stuck on, then you can post it in a question, and it can be answered here.
having a one-on-one tutor may be in limited resources...

I've only tried using one so far, and it's this one- http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp -
I'm beginning to think that tutorial is too advanced, I just need to know the basics of it. Like where I put all the stuff for the layout, where I put links, the body of text, and just the basic stuff. And exactly how I make it so I only end up changing one page when I want to add a link to all of them, instead of adding a link to every single page like with HTML

sounds like you want to get into php INCLUDES.
perhaps do a quick search on this forum to find some php tutorial sites that have already been suggested in other threads. other sites may be a bit easier to follow.
