In the css coding for the overlay put this code in

well, i just tried that in a section where i wanted to make a sidebar and i wanted to put a scroll bar in it but the code isnt working. any help? i think maybe something in the code is missing, where exactly am i supposed to paste it? am i supposed to add something else to it? like a size maybe..? hmm..
