How would I get it so people can login and log out? So people can register at my site and I can keep track of them and stuff? Also I was wondering about personal web servers, I know they're for databases like search engines but are they really helpful? what all can you do with them? Thanx in advanced!!

if you mean an application for they are quite simple. Heres alink to where you can find loads of info about scripts ect. In Advanced layout just ask for an advanced application form and someone will be happy to give you one. Or just register there for a basic one.

I use a webserver for my site, it's where your hosting your own website it HAS to be on for people to visit your website, there are a lot of free and trial servers out there just do a search.

Depending on your webhost, some may offer simple database features and such....i am pretty sure mine does, though at this point i have not found a use for it(soon though!)
