Ok I have a cpanel account on this webhost and I have unlimited emails to give out but how can i get it so a user can sign up to get one of my email addresses??

Blah Blah, out of all the years I have been working with php (a lot!!) I have never been able to code a thing like this. It seems impossible :(

I would think that you just make a page on your site, thats a sign up page for an email address, then put a form on it for them to apply for what email they want, what password they want and maybe their name and any other detail you need from them..Then you just go to your cpanel and make it with what they wanted and then email them saying its setup :)
