Sorry for the noobie post, but I had just joined neopets, and want to know how to change my petpage. I know I need to use html which I know SOME of but how do I get to manager, do I need an ftp program, a cpenel installed? what?

You do not need an ftp client or cpanel-- it's only Neopets.

All you have to do is go to http://www.neopets.com/edithomepage.phtml and you should be able to get your petpage underway. :)

Clicketh the hand with the pencil, the one that says "edit", under the pet who's page you want to edit. Don't worry, as you can easily revert to it's original page.
