Does anyone know of a good, fairly inexpensive program that will make small video clips from a DVD in which I will play on my computer? I use WINDVD 7 for my images, but I'm not sure if it makes video clips.

Hmm, do you have a capture card in your computer? Like ati or something? You'll need something like that for it to work.

When your going to make a clip press "record" and it will record the video, then you can edit pressing edit and dragging the timeline to determine if you want it short, long, etc. And you can split a clip into different parts too ;)
