I am so sorry about bugging all of ya'll with helping me. But alas I have another great problem. All the members in my guild use IE and we have never had a problem when I make the layout. I just made the new layout and had it all aligned. But now someone on the guild is telling me that the text was outside of the box. She changed the cordinates on where the text should be, etc. Now the text is messed up on my end and someone elses in the guild, could someone please look at the code and the actual guild and tell me how to fix this. thanks so much in advance!

Neopets's layout is seen differently in each browser, which means that the absolute positioning will be off in some browsers. You could try to use tbales or something to code the layout, but that would be pretty fickle and difficult. I'd suggest just sticking with aligning it to the majority - in this case IE. Or make everyone in your guild switch to Mozilla Firefox =)
There's not link. It isn't advertising ._.
