I'm thinking about opening a graphics site for Neopet graphics and was wondering..

If I had staff members (graphic designers, tutorial writers, etc), how would I manage that (how would they post, etc.)? I think most sites have password gates or something like that. I'm using Freewebs right now, and I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

One way to do this is to install Cutenews. It was very helpful with my site, and there are several tutorials about installing & using it. Hope this was helpful!

Ok, I think I have Cutenews hosted now. I also meant to ask how would the staff post their graphics up? Would they give the code to me, or do I give them my Freewebs pass?

They should give you the codes because it is never wise to give out passwords.
