How can you get these little stars that appear on a text link when you click it? What is that special effect called and is it java? How can I find it?

Yes that was similar. The thing I need has stars like that appearing on a link.

If you scroll down to the bottom of that page that I linked to in my first post, it explains how to change the hearts to something else. :)
