is there a way to make the background image get bigger or smaller on each persons resolution. for example my background image looks the best on a 1152x864 resolution but if u have smaller, u dont see all the image. So is there a way to make it get smaller? or bigger?

when the browser companies decide to incorporate css3 into thier future versions, then it should be a do-able thing easy enough.
