Hi. I hope you can help me. I was wondering how you can make those buttons on PSP7 with the little bits that are kind of 'cut-out' I hope you know what I mean. Thanks.

just make an image from 88x31 button size

then draw lines on it, kind of shape. The parts that have to be cut out have to be a weird colour, a colour that doesn't excist in your button. For example lime. So you colour the parts that have to be cut out lime. Make sure background colour is set to lime, not foreground before going to the next step. Then after finishing the button you go to

Colors > set palette transparency. A pop-up window will appear. Then click on the dot in front of "optimized median cut" to select it. Click "OK"

Another pop-up window will come in your screen. Select "set the transparency value to the current background color" and make sure the box behind this sentence is the color lime you have selected as background. Click "OK"

now go to Colors > view palette transparency and you should see the parts go transparent. now save the image as .gif and you are done :)

But do make sure the transparency colour is not excisting in your original button, otherwise those parts will become transparent too
