i have a 3 frame animation:

the word "SWEET" is supposed to blink pink>blue>green

instead its pink>purple>white/splotchy.

ive saved images in imageready before and had no problems with it, so how come when i save this one, theres issues? the background is transparent, idk if thats the cause. im saving as "save optimized as"

Did you save it as a different file type because that also affects the file.

Also, try it with a white background, but I don't think that should be the problem...

they are all saved as .gif (lowercase) any other suggestions?

I remade the graphic you made with the background as white, and the colors came out just fine when I saved it with these settings:
