I've tried many times over and over again trying to set it up. There's like a thousand items in the coppermine folder and I can't seem to get it set up. The tutorial on their website doesn't help at all since I use FTP surfer which doesn't let me extract full folders, they just open up the folder and make me extract little things. Lame!

So I really need ... help.

Don't use and FTP program for it. Go to your FTP adress for example:
ftp://yoursitname.com
Then copy and paste the folder into your ftp folder.
If that doesn't work, I'll try to help you, I used coppermine for a long time too!
