I can hide the ads with something? I made like a white banner to cover it, but I have no idea where or how to place it. It costs money to get rid of them otherwise. And any suggestions or HTML advice for me?

If there are no ads, your site wouldn't be able to run. That's how most free things are. I read their terms of use, and it said nothing about 'not allowing' you to cover them up. You can't really cover or remove them [without you paying], because the forum is hosted by them, so they setted the page with a javascript enabling the Ads. You yourself can't edit the tags within the <html></html>, or <head></head> or <body></body> etc (the code is located with those tags).

Trying to remove ads from your website would go against their ToS, and is thus illegal. Asking this on the forum is also not allowed :)

Yes... while the terms of service - which are very vague to begin with - do not specifically forbid covering up the ads, you can assume that it is implied. The ad revenue is what allows your host to continue providing free service. Also, don't forget that your host is under a contract to its advertisers and if it in any way condones the hiding of ads for which its clients pay to be viewed, then it is engaging in fraud, which is certainly illegal. I'm afraid that we cannot help you with this issue here.
