code my layout for me ive tried everything and anything and it looks Horrible!! it looks stretched or shrunk please some one find it in ur heart to code it for me?? ill give u as many neopoints as you want but please help me :(

You cannot offer neopoints or items in return for graphics or coding; it is against the ToS on Neopets last I checked. Anyone who does this for you will need to do it for free.

The reason it probably looks shrunk is because photobucket resized the first image. You'll probably have to save it as a .gif file and reupload it.

It's quite easy for them to find out. If they do, both users are IP banned. If they want to take a chance at losing all their - and someone else's - accounts without any chance of getting them back then fine. They can pay someone.

But like I said. It's against the rules. TNT aren't some kids running around running a site with five members. They're adults with a heck of a lot of resources at their fingertips.

do you have PSP? if so, you can use the feature in PSP and code yourself :)

its best to just learn how to do stuff yourself, you really dont want to break the rules do you?
