Hi!!! I saw this persons layout && when you scroll up && down the page, the crollbar && the page border blinks into different colors really fast..Im not sure how to explain it but heres the persons site that I saw it on.....

UM..do you happen to know another one, thid one is really confusing && its not working for some reason :confused:

its also slightly different from the one i saw on the persons xanga, on his it blinks really rapidly only when you scroll up && down && stops when you stop scrolling
