how do you put plugs on your site.. of people that have signed your comments. does it work through haloscan or a different program?

I'm confused a bit because when I think about plugs I think of plugboards so you must be asking about something like trackbacks?

The site uses cutenews for the entries and comment boxes so the comment plugging must be cutenews as well. http://cutephp.com/

but can you do the same thing with haloscan? anybody knows?

I've been double checking my haloscan features and my blogrolling features and I'm not seeing it. I highly doubt that it is possible.
