Alas, I did not... my friend is the one with the money for a good camera. Someday I'll set aside enough to become the next Ansel Adams! :) Not to downplay his photographic skills... he's quite good. But the way the sky was that evening (so amazing!), it would have been difficult to take a bad picture. We were actually just driving over the bridge you can see in the foreground when he grabbed his camera, held it out with one hand, and without framing the shot or even taking his eyes off of the road, snapped that shot. Good times.

It is an amazing picture. The colors of the sky reminds me of some of the pictures I took at a beach in Boston.

P.S., I love Ansel Adams. :D

I love his portrayals of shadows. Black and white is yummy. And often the most thought-provoking.

He is a master of contrast. Adams really knew what he was doing in a darkroom. :D

Take a screen shot of your computer desktop and save it. Usually, the buttons on a keyboard to do so are ALT+Prnt Scn [I'm not sure about the abbreviation on that last one, but it stands for Print Screen nonetheless], then go into your image editor, create a new document and paste the screenshot into the document and save it. :)

Amanda, the print screen won't work... I'm trying pressing alt and prt scr, pressing just prt scr, but nothing works... I don't think. How do you know if it does work? Does something pop up or what? :confused:

Unfortunately, no. I've never been very good at making desktops, so I download them from Pixel Girl Presents. I guess I really should try making my own desktops.

When I think about how Disney first presented Mickey in the 1920's, its quite amazing seeing the SquareEnix-Disney collaboration present such beautiful and sophisticated gaming animation. And although I don't play the Kingdom Hearts game, myself, I am "in heaven" when I witness the animation sequences as they are presented on screen. Exquisite!
