I want to start a blog but I'm not sure how. What program should I use? I wanted to use greymatter but you have to upload it and stuff and my free server doesn't support that. Does anyone know of any good hosted ones?

I too want to make a blog as well. I use http://www.freewebs.com (FreeWebs), but you can't use CGI and all that other stuff unless you pay.
I want to create cool images, like this: http://www.kenekila.net/(header).jpg but I don't know how to... I have Paint Shop Pro 6.0 and Adobe Photoshop 4.0. I'm not too fond of Photoshop though...

also, if your host supports FTP, you can use blogger (http://blogger.com). If it doesn't a good FTP host is uk.geocities.com (http://uk.geocities.com). Have fun. :D
