Does neone kno how to put a simple line dotted borders around SIR, Pub profile, and the Chatter box in Xanga?

I don't have a xanga myself, but you can try changing this:
table.left { border: 1px solid #0033CC; }
and this
table.right { border: 1px solid #0033CC; }

to this:
table.left { border: 1px dotted #0033CC; }
and this
table.right { border: 1px dotted #0033CC; }
