First of all, make sure your hosting company allows PHP. Then download CuteNews from here (http://cutephp.com/) and follow the README.htm file. If you have any problems installing the script, just post them here. :)

By the way, you'll need a FTP program too:

Thats Just It I Dont Know About Ftp Lol I Do Everything On Microsoft Frontpage

You can contact your host and ask for your FTP login, if you're using cPanel, go to FTP Manager >> FTP Accounts >> Add FTP Account. Then connect to your server using SmartFTP for example and drag and drop the files from your computer to your public_html folder. :)
