Umm, what code do I use, to where when people put their cursor over a link, it sparkles, or like changes colors in a sparkly way?

Oh, and what code do I use to make the under line underneath my link go away?

she has the code and everything for the star click code but you'll have to ask someone else how you can change it so it only goes when you click on a link. ohh and http://amusingly-perfect.net/tina (Tina's site) also has a tutorial on css. Just go down to 'Custom' and then click on CSS Code and it's a nice tutorial. I learned it from her so you might too. But, if you still do not get it then email me and i'll try to help you out. or else keep posting cuz ppl will help eventually(ppl besides me lol)
