You have to set the target for the link. Say that the name of your frame that you want to load the frames into is "main", you would do this:
<a href="mypage.html" target="main">Click</a>

ok I saw your site and the frame you want to open it in is "main"
so write your links like this;
<a href="http://www.whateveryoururl.com/samaraslinks.html" target="main">Samara's Links</a>

why are you using frames while you only have one frame?
<frameset border="0" rows="100%,*">
<frame name="frame" src="http://www.geocities.com/samaraisacutie">
</frameset>
this is your frameset, you don't need one. One frame, is just your page. So i don't see the point of this, secondly you have nothing to target, since you are only using one frame.
also please take down some extra fancy coding like the following trailing cursor. It is really slow, your page atleast took me 2-3 minutes to load, while i allready have cable.
Love,
Mirna
p.s: the links work perfectly fine for me

Shawn Badyk allready gave you the right answer.
<a href="http://www.angelfire.com/pro/samaraa/index.html" target="middlesec">NAME OF LINK</a>
should be:
<a href="http://www.angelfire.com/pro/samaraa/index.html" target="MAIN">NAME OF LINK</a>
maybe becuase you didn't capitalised the "MAIN" it didn't worked, since the name of the frame is MAIN and not main. Try it, it might make a difference.
This page loads perfectly for me :) Good job !

Mirna
