In high school, people would get confused when I told them I was in AP Bio, Java, or AP Comp Sci :confusion It's too bad that people stereotype in that way, but to be honest, I don't think that attractive people feel the need to be smart.. just visit a sorority :P

I met many, many people at my college orientation who looked like the "LYKE OmG ADD ME ON MY sPaCe!!^&$*^@#"-type. Except they were all majoring in chemical engineering or physics or something like that. My mom, I'm afraid to say, is definitely one to stereotype people like that. Those people usually turn out to be National Merit Scholars. Of course, there was a huge population of people at my school who looking like and were the "LYKE OmG ADD ME ON MY sPaCe!!^&$*^@#" type. Those, I spent four years trying to avoid--part of the reason I turned down a fair bit of scholarship money :blush:

Not to sound mean or anything, but I hate it how appearance determines whether someone is or is not the "type" to do something. That jsut proves that we let the media get to us. Pretty girls are not only concieted cheerleaders, and ugly girls are not always nice and studious.
