How do I make a layout? Like on Paint Shop Pro X and with HTML and all that. i understand HTML thats not the problem. I jsut dont see how this: (my website check it out to see the background layout) www.freewebs.com/nanfan was made. I got this from someone, I want to make my own. She made it from scratch using Paint Shop Pro X and stuff. Please help!:)
