I've tried everything, and I've already reinstalled Photoshop multiple times. Any solutions please? Thanks in advance.

1) Has this happened since you installed Photoshop?
2) Is your Windows XP installed cleanly (as in you didn't install Windows XP on a computer previously running '98 or something)?
