Hey all, I've been looking at a way to make a CSS-list-based drop down menu for about a month I think. But there is always one of two problems. The first one is; The code may work, but the writer does not explain how it works so I can't use it. The other problem is; The writer explains what the codes does so I can use it, but it never works.

Does anybody know how to make a CSS-list-based drop down menu (with no tables)?
