Registry Hack - Legal Notice
This is a small but useful Registry hack that will display a Legal Notice before the login screen with a customized title and content.

What to do
Open the Registry Editor and navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

There should be two empty REG_SZ values with the names "LegalNoticeCaption" and "LegalNoticeText". Caption is the title and text is the content.
