Actually, I worked it out to be 2% per interest period once (assuming that I didn't accidentally deposit something and fudge the results), and yes, it's compounded, and yes, it works just fine.

Yeah I figured out it was 2% a few weeks ago too... Just thought of it one day and checked. Hmm 1,050,875.70 x 1.02 = 1,071,893.214. 21,000 In interest not too shabby :)

I just despoted nearly all my points in the bank and I'm waiting for the interest.

And Ryan, I'm sure she can, but 2% is pretty fair and usual. My real life bank savings account is .45%, extremely low. My old bank had a good one and that was only 1% lol. Hoorah for CD accounts making 5%

Yep, and most savings accounts' advertised interest rates are annual, not every second day. My savings account is currently 3.35% annually. That's just 0.018% over the same period as LEIA's 2%, and only compounded monthly. We're spoiled here. :)

My real savings account is up to about 1% now....last year it was half of that. It's better that way around then the opposite way, especially since I have a little more money now! :lol:

Today, I have 69,231.19 points in the LEIA vBux bank

I earned 1 357.48 points in interest.

I'll have to go and deposit it all :D
