Alright, it's about that time to appoint new moderators! This time, I have decided to bypass the 'pick random helpful people' option, as the last time I used that, well, that didn't work out too well :lol: So this time, I'm going to have users apply for modship, which makes it easier on me AND those who would like to be moderators! There are, of course, some guidelines I would like to make clear.. the applicants for modship should:

* Be a member of the Lissa Explains it All Forums for at least a year
* Be generally helpful
* Be generally friendly, even when dealing with difficult people ;)
* Have a history of being helpful and friendly
* Be available at least every other day to look through your forum/s (of course if you're on vacation or stressed with school I wouldn't expect you to be here! It's just a general availability)

Remember, this is NOT a paid position! However, if you do have a Web site, being a mod shoots that visibility through the roof, as has been proven with other moderators ;) You can apply through private message or you can just post here, whatever makes you comfortable!

Besides I like being a member, I come here to post and relax. =) But there are lots of great people here who would make terrific mods. Little modest me here, I'll allow them to have a better chance.
