yea i cant see your image either but anyways, try looking for brushes at deviantart.com and many of the users who submit brushes to deviantart have their own brush sites too

i cant view the image, but if you want to make something sparkly you can add noise.
on pspx go to adjust then add/remove noise and then choose the amount of noise you want deselect monochrome

Do you want photoshop's brushes or brushes for another software? Please be more specific
