I am trying to create my own layout with my own banner, links...etc...but all of the frame HTML that is on this site either won't work or I just don't understand it! Please help me!!!!

Ok, what are you trying to do.

are you using a basic (drag n drop) or an advanced (plain HTML)? Frameset code does not work with basic editors, so if you are using one, you need to switch to the advanced editor or use a plain text editor on your computer (such as Notepad if you are using Windows), then upload the file.
