Is Firefox any good? I was thinking of downloading it because I made a website in Internet Explorer and people were complaining that it didn't look that good. Most had Netscape and Firefox.
I know Firefox is free, so would it be worth downloading? By the way I wasn't sure where to post this so I just put it in here so everyone can give there opinions!

Firefox is better than IE, no doubt, BUT Netscape is better than Firefox. I have a few problems with Firefox:
1. Sometimes when I type / or ' in Google, annoying Search menu appears. And I need to clear the cache to make it dissappear.
2. The copy function doesn't work well, it sometimes copies and sometimes not...
3. Firefox doesn't support Alt codes, well it's not a problem, cos you can use Title instead...but anyway...

I love Firefox, and I've never had any problems with it.
It was the first thing I downloaded when I got my laptop. ^.^

FF is really good, and on a Mac there is ALSO Camino, which is basically the same thing.

I have FireFox, too. Its really good, but I have also run across some problems.
Like Arwen said, sometimes it doesn't copy and paste well, so I downloaded an extension from here (https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions.php?app=%7bec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384%7d) that is an even better copy/paste function. (I can't remember the name; I'll get back to you later).
When using the "Quick Reply" here, I get a white screen that loads forever. So I have to get more points by using the "Post reply" button :D
So FF has its ups and downs, but overall it would whoop IE anytime, anywhere.
i prefer firefox over all the other browsers.
its fast and ive not had any problems with it to date.

I just got rid of Firefox.
I heard that IE7 Beta 3 has released. I uninstalled IE7 Beta 2 and installed IE7 Beta 3.

Which is what all browsers should do (ALT text). ALT text and the title are two different things, and they should have never mixed the two. ALT is alternate text, not the title :P Firefox is definitely your best bet ;)
