I can never get this to work. They say you have to use CSS? And I'm saying, "I have to use what what?"

well what do you want to do w/ ur neopets user page? take a look at mine..i used css for that [screen name is twix2006 too]

anyway..can't really tell you what to do w/ css until you kinda give me an idea what you want to do on your guild.

you can't use inline frames on neopets, because you only have one page. I think they mean "div scroll area's" they look similar to iframes.
