So, I have been playing around and also tried making a guestbook. I've tried a guestbook on www.active-scripts.net (http://www.active-scripts.net)

The problem is that it won't work! :crying: :lol:

or maybe the problem is, why won't it work? :confusion

I've uploaded it on FTP many times, on the right mode and settings (I hope). I've put it in a folder called "Guestbook" in the cgi-bin....that's what it means by guestbook directory, right? :confused:

So, either I hope one of you can help me, or suggest another good guestbook to try. (I pretty much started with the one Lissa had on her pages)

It may be that your webhost doesn't allow Perl. Who are you using for your website host?

I have had decent outcome with " Shoutbox ". I don't remember their address right off the top of my head, but you can Google it probably.

How exactly is it not working? Are you getting some sort of error?

Wow, it's actually the guestbook used here on LEIA, and I've used it for 3 years without problem now.
