I didn't exactly know where to put this since it is not a frame target problem but anyway....

My journal is currently using a css heavy layout. I for some reason can't get my menu links to target to the right section, instead it forms a new window or takes over the whole window. I have tried naming things and the such and it's not working. I'm betting there is a simple answer to my problem that I have just over looked. I'm not really web smart yet. Thanks in advance!

I took a look at your site, and I don't see what you're trying to target and to where. I saw that some links are targeted to main- but where is main? and I don't see anything that can be targeted- which are pretty much only frames and iframes.
