I have a feeling this should be in CSS but i was surfing the web and i came across this site http://www.star-sites.org/hilarycoolfan/indexx.php. Go half-way down the page on th left side and you'll see a section called "Top Affiliates". When you hover your mouse over the box affiliate links a cool pop-up appears with an image and site details. Anyone know how to do that?
