Why don't you try an FTP program to upload stuff to your domain?

Well windows has it's own program called WS_FTP

the only connection to Windows that WS_FTP has is that it runs on Windows- it's not "Windows' own FTP program" or anything like that.

backing up a bit: did you purchase hosting, or just a domain? if you only got the domain, you'll need to get hosting, too.

When you buy a domain, you're just paying for the name. You have to have a host to actually store the site on. When you pay for a host you are paying for the web space, the bandwidth, and such.

You should be able to access a control pannel through your host where you can upload the contents of your site. Using an FTP program is faster and more efficient, though.

theres no control pannel thing though!

That's very odd, which host are you using?

register.com

are you sure you bought hosting, too? I think register.com primarily deals with domain registration- it looks like their hosting is done through another company. it's possible they just give you a page or two on the domain while it's just parked there.

what may help figure this out: how much did you pay? and is it monthly or yearly?

We do not currently offer Web site hosting.
If you have hosting, then you definitely didn't get it from them.
