My server side includes just arent showing up! I need some urgent help.

Well this is what im working with

basically I need to split the top section, menu on the right and the bottom (bottom isnt as important though)

FOr some reason when I split it up into includes either the tables get messed up or the includes dont show up.

and http://lavan.muchtv.net/contents2.shtml is what happends when the code is written the same way but the includes just dont show up.

I have to admit I'm currently at a loss. I can see the trouble however. (I just know it'll come to me) However in the meantime while I try to figure it out I wouldn't mind if some else stumbles over this and has a clue or two.
