I'm working on a website and it's going well - touch wood! I'm viewing it in IE and Firefox at the moment, and it Firefox my pound signs are showing up as question marks.
Is there anyway I can solve this as a webmaster or is it a browser problem?

& #163; [without the space in between & and #] seems to show up just fine in Firefox. Is that what you're using?

Well I basically want to make it so that whoever views my website, using whichever browser they use will be able to view pound signs instead of question marks.
the code he gave you will create the pound sign on the webpage.
just leave out the spaces between the characters.
