For a while now I've been having problems with my video capturing program! I use TV Wonder Pro by ATI, I called them three times and they keep giving me the same information that is NOT resolving my problem!

I was wondering if there's a program I can use that will allow me to view my video from my vcr, make caps, and clips of it?? At least until I can figure out how to resolve my program!

Any help would be HIGHLY appreciate it!! I'm in a desperate need of a program and would appreciate any help from anyone!
