How do you get a font to come out rainbow using PSP9? Im trying to make a lookup for Neopets, but I cant figure out how to get the "Welcome" part multi-colored.

Change the fill properties.

Under the fill color there are 3 choices, "color", "texture", and "transparent".
Click on color and switch it to gradient. Then choose the rainbow one. (you can also make your own in another window and it will show up as an option but under the "texture" button).
