you could blog manually, which is just entering html onto a page and writing it as a journal. you could also use a blog tool such as Greymatter or Blogger.

do you know exactly what a blog is? i would suggest you visit some members site and look at their blog. sometimes they will tell you what they use ;)

erm, you basically have to type everything out. you can also get blog commenting, so people can comment on your blog entries. i use www.haloscan.com for my commenting.

today was a boring day i ate, slept, and went on the internet. i don't even know why i'm bloging, including nothing happened today.

some other sites are www.blogspot.com and www.xanga.com, although they're not as customizable as having your own (or at least not for free)
