Something happened with my site. When I tried using Explorer to open it. I got a pop up asking me to do a "File download" of my site. (which had never happened before.)

After I contacted my hosting provider I was told the PHP was recompiled (I'm not sure what that means). Now when I go to my site part of it is missing/not working.

Orginally I had local weather listed now there's only a box where you can enter your zip code and no weather comes up at all. The MYSql has a repair feature which I did (but that didn't help). I tried re-installing the footer and the weather page but it's still come showing up or working.

PLEASE help.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

hard to suggest without a link or some code to look at... It could be any number of things...

Yeah, kinda need a site URL to see what's wrong..

It could be that that filetype doesn't exist on the server no more when the recompiled PHP :D
