i know the code if i wanted the image over text... but then when i try it and then scroll it... the image seems to be scrolling along with the text, not staying there... so what's wrong with the code??? oh yea... here's the code i'm using...

i put this code just before the </body> tag...
so what do you think is wrong with it?
please help
