How do you merge two pics togehter to make them one like this:

This is what I would do: Open up a blank canvas. Use the Flood Fill tool and make it black. And then open up your pictures into whatever program you use. And then copy and paste each picture into the blank canvas you just made (you may have to resize the pictures first). Finally, merge the layers together.

But it really depends on what program you use. What do you use?

I have Paint Shop Pro 7 and Adobe Photoshop CS2

I just tried it, and it doesn't work in either program. When I merge the layers together, all it does is flatten it...

Try these instead: (the tutorials are for Paint Shop Pro 7. Tutorials on blending or compositing on Photoshop are easy to find; just Google for it.)

The term you need to look for is "Blending"
